Svitlo is Providing a Roadmap for Ukrainians Navigating Life in the US

Have you ever felt the anxiety of being lost in a completely new place? Over 270,000 Ukrainian refugees in the U.S. feel that daily.

Imagine juggling government paperwork, job hunting, learning English, and supporting a family—all in a foreign land. After you’ve just fled a war. It's overwhelming even for the most determined.

When you donate to Svitlo, you're directly helping to create a roadmap where there is none. We listen to the needs of the Ukrainian newcomers and provide simple, clear guidance to help individuals and families settle and succeed in the U.S.

Thank you for being their guiding light.

Thank you, COJECO!

As we await the approval of our tax-exempt status, we can start fundraising thanks to the fiscal sponsorship offered to Svitlo by COJECO. COJECO (Council of Jewish Émigré Community Organizations) is the central hub of the Russian-speaking Jewish community in the New York tri-state area. Their mission is to convene and connect the Russian-speaking Jewish community through collaborative leadership, innovative engagement, Jewish education, capacity building, and preservation of heritage.

Under the terms of fiscal sponsorship, COJECO receives tax-deductible donations on behalf of Svitlo, giving us the opportunity to help those who are in urgent need of informational support. We are incredibly grateful to COJECO for their generosity in offering Svitlo fiscal sponsorship and helping us fulfil our mission!
