Svitlo is looking for a talented and driven content writer and researcher to play a crucial role in the development of our website. Your primary responsibility will involve conducting thorough research on topics relevant to Ukrainians’ refugee journey including ESL classes, job search, accessing healthcare in the US etc. You will then synthesize your research in English, which will later be translated into Ukrainian and Russian. Your contributions will be instrumental in delivering information Ukrainians need to create a new life in the US.

Svitlo is looking for an outstanding head of operations to help take our young nonprofit to the next level. You will be a founding member of the operations team laying the groundwork for processes and ensuring alignment and smooth execution across all the departments. Responsibilities of a head of operations include setting up goals, formulating strategies, creating processes, and making sure Svitlo’s fully-remote team is on the same page in terms of expectations and timelines.

Collaborating closely with our Technical Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, such as developing new pages on SquareSpace, incorporating fresh content into existing pages, ensuring SEO compliance, and managing translations using WeGlot.

Svitlo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product to lead the delivery of our digital products, including the Svitlo website and AI chatbot. As a founding member of our product team, you will be working closely with our leadership team including Executive Directors, CTO, Head of Content, and Head of Marketing.
